摘 要:本文分析了某款多模混动变速箱轴齿及电机噪声的形成机理,并据此设定了NVH性能目标。通过对齿轮宏观、微观参数修形,齿轮传递误差优化,电机转子斜极、齿槽设计,以及控制器谐波注入策略的导入,最终对多模混动系统的轴齿及电机相关阶次噪音得到了明显改善,达成了NVH性能目标,对PHEV混动汽车NVH分析及改善具有一定参考意义。In this paper make the analyze for the gear and motor noise issue of a multimode hybrid gearbox,and the NVH performance target is set accordingly.By modifying the macro and micro parameters of the gear profile,optimizing the gear transmission error,designing the skew pole of the motor rotor and the tooth groove,and adopting the harmonic injection control strategy of the controller,the related order noise of the multi-mode hybrid system has been significantly improved,and the NVH performance target has been achieved,which has certain reference significance for the NVH analysis and improvement of PHEV vehicles.
