摘　　要：本文梳理了汽车企业产品出口欧盟主要面临的化学相关法规如REACH、POPs法规、ELV指令等法规责任和义务,探讨汽车企业应对这些法规的方案策略,旨在为汽车产品出口欧盟提供合规建议和启发。Based upon the introduction of responsibilities and obligations lie with the automobile enterprises exporting products to EU brought by chemical-related regulations such as REACH,POPs and ELV directive,solutions and strategies for automobile enterprises in response to these regulations are explored,aiming to provide compliance suggestions and inspirations for automobile products to be exported to EU.
