摘 要:现今汽车的NVH越来越受到广泛关注。针对电动汽车驱动电机振动噪声问题,本文主要通过控制侧来进行优化。首先建立电磁扭矩脉动数学模型,表征了扭矩脉动与反电动势以及电流谐波相关。其次阐述了电磁扭矩脉动与反电动势以及电流的关系,提出了一种方法来抑制电磁扭矩脉动。再次通过有限元的方法验证上述方法的有效性以及对电机关键阶次电磁力的抑制作用。最后通过试验验证了谐波注入有明显的效果。Nowadays,the NVH of cars is getting more and more wide attention.For the vibration and noise problem of electric vehicle drive motor,this paper mainly optimizes through the control side.Firstly,a mathematical model of electromagnetic torque pulsation was established to characterize the correlation between torque pulsation,back electromotive force,and current harmonics.Secondly,the relationship between electromagnetic torque pulsation,back electromotive force,and current was elaborated,and a method was proposed to suppress electromagnetic torque pulsation.Verify the effectiveness of the above method and its suppression effect on the key order electromagnetic force of the motor through finite element method again.Finally,it was verified through experiments that harmonic injection has a significant effect.
