摘 要:基于滑移门静态关闭力计算模型,分析各零件对静态关闭力的贡献量,以此为基础,在样车验证阶段解析各零件反力对滑移门静态关闭力的贡献值,为滑移门静态关闭力优化提供参考。研究过程中对比分析了零件反力贡献量三种测量方法,以及零件拆解顺序对测量的影响,为滑移门静态关闭力的开发与优化提供参考。Based on the calculation model of sliding door static closing force,research the contribution of each part to the static closing force.Based on this,analyze the contribution value of each part reaction force to the static closing force of sliding door in the stage of manufacturing,providing reference for optimizing the static closing force of sliding door.During the research process,three measurement methods for the contribution of each part reaction force were compared and analyzed,as well as the impact of disassembly sequence for each part on measurement.This provides a reference for the development and optimization of static closing force for sliding door.
