摘 要:基于某纵置后驱车型Tip in工况出现的传动系Clunk问题,首先通过扭矩测量手段将敲击位置锁定到主减速器齿轮,制定了响度突出度、减速器壳体振动峰峰值和扭矩突变量三项评价指标,并提出了一种有效的底盘测功机Clunk测试方法。其次,通过Clunk仿真分析,得出影响Clunk的关键参数为主减速器间隙和速比,并对发动机扭矩控制策略进行了研究。最后,利用试验方法,完成了加速踏板负增益控制策略、变速器输出轴间隙和主减齿轮间隙对Clunk影响的验证。Based on the Clunk problem of driveline in Tip in a longitudinal rear-mounted drive type,the torque test method was used to lock the specific knock position in the main reducer gear,and three evaluation indexes of loudness outburst,vibration peak value of reducer housing and torque sudden change were established.An effective Clunk test method of chassis dynamometer was proposed.Secondly,through the Clunk simulation analysis,the key parameters affected by Clunk are mainly the clearance and speed ratio of the reducer,and the engine torque control strategy is studied.Finally,the effects of the negative gain control strategy of accelerator pedal,transmission output shaft clearance and main reduction gear clearance on Clunk are verified by the test method.
