耕地利用“大棚化”转型的农户意愿及其效应分析——基于江西省308份问卷的实证研究

摘　　要：农户作为乡村现代化农业发展的基本单元,承担着农业生产的主要任务.针对江西省52个行政村的耕地利用“大棚化”转型问题,进行了实地调研.通过问卷调查和半结构式访谈的方法,结合线上和线下2种方式,共收集到308份问卷,研究从农户的个体特征和农户的认知特征两个维度出发,涉及7个变量,运用logistic回归模型分析了影响不同农户选择承包大棚的意愿及其影响要素,并定性的探讨了耕地利用“大棚化”转型带来社会经济及环境效应.研究发现:耕地利用“大棚化”转型有助于吸引劳动力流入;不同文化程度的农户在承包大棚的意愿上存在差异,特别是文化程度达到高中和职中的农户,其承包意愿最为强烈;此外,参与土地流转、对耕地利用“大棚化”转型了解越深和积极态度,均对农户选择承包大棚有正向影响.基于这些发现,提出对应的政策建议,旨在促进农户积极参与耕地利用“大棚化”转型并促进农业现代化发展.As the basic unit of modern agricultural development in the countryside,the farm household undertakes the main task of agricultural production.In this paper,field research was conducted on the transformation of"greenhouseisation"of arable land use in 52 administrative villages in Jiangxi Province.A total of 308 questionnaires were collected through questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,combining both online and offline methods.The study started from two dimensions,namely individual characteristics of farmers and cognitive characteristics of farmers,and involved seven variables,and analysed the willingness to choose contracted greenhouses and its influencing factors of different farmers by using a logistic regression model,and qualitatively explored the transformation of"trellisisation"of arable land.The study also qualitatively explores the socio-economic and environmental effects of the transformation of"greenhouse"use of arable land.The study found that:the transformation of"greenhouses"can help attract labour inflow;there are differences in the willingness to contract greenhouses among farmers with different levels of education,especially those with high school and vocational secondary school education,whose willingness to contract is the strongest;in addition,the situation of land transfer,and the influence of the transformation of"greenhouses"on the use of arable land are important factors in the willingness to contract greenhouses.Moreover,the land transfer situation,the degree of understanding and attitude towards the transformation of"greenhouseisation"all have a positive impact on farmers'choice of contracting greenhouses.Based on these findings,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,aiming to promote the active participation of farmers in the transformation of farmland use"greenhouses"and promote the development of agricultural modernisation.
