摘　　要：在居民生活圈附近实施遗址保护与展示利用,可以使人们在日常生活中亲切地感受与触摸历史的脉络,为公众提供深入了解本土文化与风土人情的独特窗口。本文聚焦于东京都狛江市猪方小川冢石室墓的保护利用实践,通过梳理其综合性保护项目,深入探讨科学保护、景观设计与当地社区协调参与的创新模式。该项目以保存遗址核心价值为首要原则,以文物保护科学为根基,依托系统性的前期勘查研究,制定墓室岩石材料的保护加固材料及施工工艺;积极征询地区居民意见,平衡本体保护、遗址核心价值传达、邻近居民生活的各方诉求,改进遗址保护棚和公园景观方案设计。最终以社区公园的形式实现了猪方小川冢石室墓的活化利用,不仅赋予了古代墓葬遗迹新的生机与活力,更为周边居民提供了一个集历史韵味与现代生活于一体的舒适休憩空间。这一实践探索不仅为城市化进程中文化遗产的保护与利用提供了新思路,更可为全球范围内类似项目的实施提供参考经验。Implementing the conservation,presentation,and utilization of archaeological sites near residential areas allows people to intimately experience and connect with historical contexts in their daily lives,offering the public a unique window into local culture and customs.Focusing on the conservation and utilization practices of the stone chambers of the Inogataogawazuka Tomb site in Komae City,Tokyo,and by examining the strategy used for the conservation of the relics there,this paper investigates an innovative model that integrates scientific conservation,landscape design,and coordinated community participation.The project prioritizes preserving the site's core historical and cultural value while remaining firmly grounded in scientific practice.Based on systematic preliminary surveys and research,the study proposes several techniques and materials for reinforcing the rock materials in the tomb chambers.The project actively solicited opinions from local residents,balancing the demands of physical preservation,the presentation of the site's core values,and addressing the needs of the nearby community during the process of refining the design of the site's protective shelter and park landscape.By the end of the project,Inogataogawazuka Tomb has now been revitalized into a community park,not only infusing new vitality into the ancient burial site,but also providing surrounding residents with a comfortable recreational space that blends historical culture with modern living.This exploratory practice is intended to offer new insights for the conservation and utilization of cultural heritage sites located in heavily urbanized areas,and to provide reference for the implementation of similar projects in other countries.
