摘　　要：为提高矿井通风系统安全评价的准确性和全面性,采用故障模式、影响及危害性分析(FMECA)从人、机、环、管4个方面深入分析影响矿井通风系统安全性的各种因素,构建矿井通风系统安全评价体系;为避免单一权重确定方法的局限性,建立基于网络分析法(ANP)—熵权法的矿井通风系统安全评价模型,并在延安市禾草沟煤矿一号进行应用。结果表明:通过FMECA可有效识别矿井通风系统中的关键风险因素,明确各因素的层次结构与相互关联;综合权重的确定不仅保留了专家判断的主观合理性,还充分考虑了数据的客观精确性,显著提升权重分配的准确性和可信度;构建的综合安全评价体系能够全面、深入地评价矿井通风系统的安全状况。In order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the safety evaluation of the mine ventilation system,the failure mode,and effects and criticality analysis(FMECA)method were used to deeply analyze various factors affecting the mine ventilation system safety from four aspects of man,machine,surroundings and management,and construct a safety evaluation system for the mine ventilation system.In order to avoid the limitation of the single weight determination method,the safety evaluation model for the mine ventilation system based on the network analysis process(ANP)entropy weight method was established,and was applied in NO.1 Hechaogou Coal Mine,Yan'an City.The results show that the key risk factors in the mine ventilation system are identified effectively by FMECA method,and the hierarchical structure and interrelation of each factor are clarified;that the determination of the comprehensive weight not only retains the subjective rationality of the expert judgment,but also fully combines the objective accuracy of data,which significantly improves the accuracy and credibility of the weight allocation;and that the constructed comprehensive safety evaluation system can comprehensively and deeply evaluate the safety status of the mine ventilation system.
