摘　　要：技术中介机构在国内技术市场中至关重要。文章基于双边市场理论,分析了技术中介参与下市场的运行特性:技术提供方增多吸引需求方,需求扩张激励供给,形成供需双方相互增强的双边交叉网络效应。同时,文章探讨了中介平台定价机制的合理性,通过综合考虑交叉网络外部性、自网络外部性、客户预期收益、平台初期收益及信息匹配效能等因素,旨在优化定价策略,提升市场满意度。基于此,文章提出政策建议:引入政府补贴、扩大平台覆盖、提升匹配精度、强化能力建设、增加初期投资及实施分层治理,为技术市场健康发展提供理论与实践指导。Technology intermediaries are crucial in China′s technology market.Based on the theory of two-sided markets,this article analyzes the operational characteristics of the market under the participation of technology intermediaries:an increase in technology providers attracts demand,demand expansion stimulates supply,and forms a bilateral cross network effect where supply and demand mutually enhance each other.At the same time,this article explores the rationality of the pricing mechanism of intermediary platforms,aiming to optimize pricing strategies and improve market satisfaction by comprehensively considering factors such as cross network externalities,self network externalities,customer expected returns,initial platform returns,and information matching efficiency.Based on this,the article proposes policy recommendations:introducing government subsidies,expanding platform coverage,improving matching accuracy,strengthening capacity building,increasing initial investment,and implementing hierarchical governance to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the healthy development of the technology market.
