摘　　要：捐赠是图书馆馆藏的重要组成部分。捐赠实践中,图书馆时常面临权益受损及成本损耗的风险,如何规避捐赠实践风险是图书馆必须重视的问题。文章通过解读IFLA《图书馆捐赠馆藏管理指南》(扩展版)在主动捐赠政策声明、捐赠资源评估和审查以及捐赠协议等方面对捐赠实践风险的提示及规避建议,启示我国图书馆应从规范捐赠工作制度、制定捐赠协议和增强图书馆权益保护意识等方面规避捐赠实践风险。Gifts represent an important component in the collection of libraries.In the donation practice,libraries often face the risk of losing rights and cost.How to avoid the risk of donation practice is a problem that libraries must pay attention to.International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA)first published the Gifts or the Collection:Guidelines for Libraries in 2008,and an extended edition was published in 2019.This paper mainly interprets the hints and circumvention about the risk of donation practice in the unsolicited gifts policy,gifts evaluation and examine,and formal donor agreement in Gifts or the Collection:Guidelines for Libraries(2019 Extended Edition)-IFLA,revealing that Chinese libraries should avoid the risk of donation practice from the aspects of regulating donation work system,formulating donation agreement and strengthening the awareness of library rights protection.
