摘  要:水轴旋转速度是影响水动力旋转喷雾降尘装置性能的关键因素,为增大其转速以提升装置降尘效果,研究了水轴转速与供水压力、喷雾量、内流场结构之间的关系,并得到了喷雾量与水轴转速的相关关系数学模型。结果表明:水轴转速随供水压力增大而增大,但增幅变小,水压在3 MPa时的增幅为0.6 MPa时的35.8%;当供水压力在3 MPa以内时,可直接用增大水压方式提高转速,当供水压力高于3 MPa时,水压对水轴转速影响较小,可通过改进水轴内流场结构、减少局部阻力方式来提高转速。The rotational speed of the hydrodynamic shaft is the key factor affecting the performance of the hydrodynamic rotary spray dust suppression device.In order to increase the rotational speed of the hydrodynamic shaft to improve the dust suppression effect of the device,the relationship between the rotational speed of the hydrodynamic shaft and the water supply pressure,the spray amount and the internal flow field structure was studied,and the mathematical model of the correlation between the spray amount and the hydrodynamic shaft speed was obtained.The results show that the speed of hydrodynamic shaft increases with the increase of water supply pressure,but the increase rate becomes smaller.The increase rate at water pressure of 3 MPa is 35.8%of that at water pressure of 0.6 MPa.When the water supply pressure is less than 3 MPa,the speed can be directly increased by increasing the water pressure.When the water supply pressure is higher than 3 MPa,the water pressure has little effect on the speed of the hydrodynamic shaft,and the speed can be increased by improving the flow field structure of the hydrodynamic shaft to reduce local resistance.
