摘 要:针对矿用设备蓄电池组放电保护电路自身损耗大、放电保护不可靠、保护后自耗电严重的问题,设计了一种具有自锁功能的矿用蓄电池组低静态电流放电保护电路。介绍了3种常见的蓄电池组放电保护电路保护原理,以及具有自锁功能低静态电流放电保护电路的功能;详细论述了保护电路的各单元设计,以及保护窗口锁定和静态低功耗处理2项关键技术。经测试验证:放电保护电路保护前工作电流不大于2.5 mA;保护后静态电流不大于15μA,保护可靠率达100%;有效保障了矿用蓄电池组的安全性能及安全贮存时间。A low static current discharge protection circuit for mining battery packs with self-locking function has been designed to address the problems of high self loss,unreliable discharge protection,and serious self consumption after protection in the discharge protection circuit of mining equipment battery packs.The protection principles of three common discharge protection circuits for battery packs were introduced,as well as the function of low static current discharge protection circuits with self-locking function;detailed discussions were given on the design of each unit in the protection circuit,as well as two key technologies:protection window locking and static low-power processing.Verified by testing:the working current of the discharge protection circuit before protection is not greater than 2.5 mA;the static current after protection shall is not more than 15μA,and the protection reliability rate is 100%;the safety performance and safe storage time of the mine storage battery are effectively guaranteed.
