摘　　要：目的:为引领公立医院高质量发展,着力创建中国“双一流”医院,研发 “双一流”医院创建评价指标体系。方法:借鉴国内外已有医院、世界最佳医院评价指标体系及世界一流大学排名评价体系的研究、证据和经验,建立指标池形成专家咨询问卷;邀请国内专家进行两轮改良德尔菲法咨询,对反馈数据进行分析,进一步修订指标体系;使用层次分析法确定指标权重,并进行量表信效度测试,最终形成指标体系。结果:根据专家反馈意见,最终确定了由3个一级指标、33个二级指标和159个三级指标组成的中国特色指标体系模块,并使用层次分析法计算出各级指标的权重与组合权重。本指标体系总体Cronbach's α系数为0.978,内容效度指数S-CVI/Ave=0.95。结论:对指标体系的总体克隆巴赫(Cronbach's α)系数和内容效度指数检测结果表明,该指标体系的信效度均良好,可用于中国式“双一流”医院的创建评价。Objective:To guide the high-quality development of top public hospitals in China,create first-class hospitals in China,and strive to reach the pinnacle of world-class hospitals,this study aims to develop a China-specific evaluation indicator system for the creation of"Double First-Class"hospitals.Methods:Drawing on research,evidence,and experiences from domestic and international hospital evaluation systems,the world's best hospital ranking systems,and the world-class university ranking systems,an indicator pool was established to form an expert consultation questionnaire.Two rounds of consultations were conducted using the modified Delphi method with domestic experts.Feedback data were analyzed,and the indicator system was revised accordingly.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the indicators,and reliability and validity tests were conducted,resulting in the final indicator system.Results:Based on expert feedback,a China-specific indicator system was developed,consisting of 3 primary indicators,33 secondary indicators,and 159 tertiary indicators.The AHP was used to calculate the weights of each level of indicators and their combined weights.The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the system was 0.978,and the content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.95.Conclusion:The results of the reliability and validity tests show that the indicator system has good reliability and validity,making it suitable for the evaluation of China-specific"Double First-Class"hospitals.This is of great significance in advancing the construction of national medical centers and cultivating several world-class hospitals with global medical influence.
