摘 要:采用二次溶剂热法制备了SrWO_(4)/Cd_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)S(SWO/CZS)复合光催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、DRS和电化学等表征手段对制备的SWO/CZS催化剂的结构、形貌及光学和光电化学特性进行了表征。通过在可见光照射下降解罗丹明B研究了SWO/CZS复合材料的光催化活性。与CZS相比,SWO/CZS显示出更优秀的光催化性能。SWO质量分数为15%时的复合样品15%SWO/CZS的光催化性能最佳。在可见光照射100min后,对罗丹明B的降解率达到92.3%,且在进行5次循环使用后15%SWO/CZS样品仍能保持较高的光催化活性。SrWO_(4)/Cd_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)S(SWO/CZS)composite photocatalysts were prepared by the two-step solvothermal method.The structure,morphology,optical and photoelectrochemical properties of the as-prepared SWO/CZS catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM,DRS and electrochemical measurements.The photocatalytic activity of SWO/CZS composites was studied by degradation of Rhodamine B(RhB)under visible-light irradiation.Compared with CZS,SWO/CZS showed better photocatalytic performance.The 15%SWO/CZS composite sample with 15%SWO mass fraction has the best photocatalytic performance.The degradation rate of RhB reached 92.3% after 100 min under visible light irradiation,and the 15%SWO/CZS sample still maintained a high photocatalytic activity after five cycling tests.
