摘 要:利用固相反应法合成的β-磷酸钙粉末,通过3D打印和烧结工艺制备了磷酸钙生物陶瓷,利用XRD、DTA、SEM对磷酸钙粉末和陶瓷的晶相组成和微观形貌进行了表征,分析了不同烧结温度对磷酸钙陶瓷微观结构和力学性能的影响,探讨了所制备磷酸钙陶瓷的可降解性和生物活性。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,磷酸钙陶瓷的抗折强度呈上升趋势。1150℃制备的磷酸钙陶瓷抗折强度可以达到41.27MPa。磷酸钙陶瓷在模拟体液中具有较低的降解性,在髋关节骨置换材料方面有潜在的应用前景。Calcium phosphate bioceramics were prepared by 3D printing and sintering processes using the synthesized β-calcium phosphate powder by solid-phase reaction method.The crystalline phase composition and microscopic morphology of calcium phosphate powder and ceramics were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),differential thermal analysis(DTA)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of different sintering temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of calcium phosphate ceramics were analyzed,and the degradability and bioactivity of the prepared calcium phosphate ceramics were explored.The results showed that the rupture strength of calcium phosphate ceramics showed an increasing trend with the increase of sintering temperature.The rupture strength of calcium phosphate ceramics prepared by sintering at 1150℃ could reached 41.27 MPa.The calcium phosphate ceramics have low degradability in simulated body fluid,exhibiting potential application in hip joint bone replacement materials.
