摘 要:制备了一系列SrO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)(ST)系统玻璃,采用FT-IR、DTA、XRD和SEM研究了Sr与Ti的摩尔比对ST系统玻璃的结构、结晶行为和晶相演变的影响。结果表明,在ST系统玻璃中Ti以[TiO_(4)]、[TiO_(5)]和[TiO_(6)]三种配位体存在于玻璃网络中。玻璃网络骨架主要由[SiO_(4)]和[TiO_(4)]组成。基于JMA方程计算的局部Avrami指数表明,在初始阶段成核速率不断增加,而中后期成核速率基本保持不变。XRD分析结果表明,第一个结晶峰的产生归因于Sr_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8)相结晶;第二个结晶峰表现出复杂晶相(Sr_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8)、SrTiO_(3)和Sr_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7))。提高Sr与Ti的摩尔比有利于SrTiO_(3)晶体的形成,当Sr与Ti的摩尔比为1.10时获得SrTiO_(3)主晶相微晶玻璃。A series of SrO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)(ST)system glasses were synthesized by FT-IR,DTA,XRD,and SEM to analysis the impacts of the molar ratio of Sr and Ti on the structure,crystallographic behavior and crystalline phase development.The results showed that Ti existed in ST system glasses as[TiO_(4)],[TiO_(5)]and[TiO_(6)]ligands in the glass network.[SiO_(4)]and[TiO_(4)]comprised most of the glass network skeleton.The local Avrami index based on the JMA equation showed that the glass nucleation process altered with the crystallization fraction increasing.The nucleation rate increased in the early stages and remained virtually constant during the middle and late stages.XRD result indicated that the first crystalline peak was attributed to the crystallization of the Sr_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8) phase,while the second crystalline peak exhibited complex crystalline phases(Sr_(2)TiSi_(2)O_(8),SrTiO_(3) and Sr_(3)Ti_(2)O_(7)).Increasing the molar ratio of Sr and Ti favoured the formation of SrTiO_(3) crystals,and SrTiO_(3) main crystalline phase microcrystalline glasses were obtained when the molar ratio of Sr and Ti was 1.10.
