摘 要:采用固相反应和静电纺丝-固相反应法制备了铯钨青铜粉末及其薄膜样品,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和紫外-可见-近红外(UV-Vis-NIR)分光光度计对铯钨青铜粉末和薄膜的晶相组成、微观形貌和近红外遮蔽性能进行了分析,并通过自制的隔热箱测试了薄膜样品的隔热性能。结果表明,通过静电纺丝-固相反应法(静电纺丝后在管式炉中600℃下煅烧)制备的铯钨青铜粉末粒径更小,这是由于聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的存在限制了粒子的生长,因而所制备出的粉末及薄膜在保证可见光透过率67.1%的情况下具有更加优异的近红外屏蔽性能,近红外屏蔽率最高达到99.99%。Cesium tungsten bronze powder and its thin film samples were prepared by solid-state reaction and electrospinning-solid-state reaction methods.The crystalline phase composition,micromorphology and near-infrared shielding properties of cesium tungsten bronze powder and thin films were studied by X ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared(UV-Vis-NIR)spectrophotometer.Besides,the thermal insulation properties of the thin film were tested in a homemade thermal insulation box.The results showed that the particle size of the cesium tungsten bronze powder prepared by the electrospinning-solid-state method(namely samples were calcined directly at 600℃ in a tube furnace after spinning)was smaller,which was due to the presence of PVP which restricted the growth of the particles.The prepared powder and film exhibited better NIR shielding performance under the condition of ensuring visible light transmittance of 67.1%,and the near-infrared shielding efficiency was up to 99.99%.
