摘 要:受温度、压力及起伏地形的影响,在管道低点及上倾管段容易产生积液,对生产造成不利影响。为避免这一情况,基于扩展双流体模型和最小压降法确定携液临界流速,结合拉丁超立方抽样完成实验设计,通过改进初始化种群和加入余弦权重因子实现常规SSA算法的优化,利用ISSA-ELM组合模型计算携液临界流速,并依据实际管道的起伏高程、路由情况、起伏次数等数据实现对模型的持续修正。结果表明,ELM模型的最佳结构为6-11-1型,激活函数应采用Tanh函数;与其余模型相比,ISSA-ELM模型的预测值与计算值的吻合性最高;临界携液流速随起伏次数的增加呈幂指数减小趋势,随着总起伏高程的增加呈波动上升趋势;模型修正后,修正值的保守性更强,准确率可达83.3%。研究结果可为管道防积液工业参数的设定提供参考。Under the influence of temperature,pressure and undulating terrain,liquid accumulation is easy to occur in the low and updip sections of pipelines,which has adverse effects on production.To avoid this situation,the critical flow velocity of liquid carrying was determined based on the extended two-fluid model and minimum pressure drop method,and the experiment was designed in combination with Latin hypercube sampling.The conventional SSA algorithm was optimized by improving the initial population and adding cosine weight factor,and the critical flow velocity of liquid carrying was calculated using the ISA-ELM combined model.In addition,the model was continuously modified according to the data such as fluctuation elevation,routing situation and frequency of fluctuation of actual pipeline.The results show that the optimal structure of ELM model is type 6-11-1,and the activation function should adopt Tanh function.Compared with other models,the predicted value of ISA-ELM model has the highest agreement with the calculated value.The critical liquid carrying velocity decreased with the increase of fluctuation times and increased with the increase of total fluctuation elevation.After the model modification,the correction value is more conservative,and the accuracy rate can reach 83.3%.The research results can provide practical reference for the setting of industrial parameters of pipeline anti-fluid accumulation.
