摘　　要：国际维和部队的跨文化交际能力是联合国维和人员在维和任务区进行任务沟通以及日常交流时必备的能力,包括外语能力以及任务区相关的区域知识。本文依托能力拓扑模型和跨文化交际能力理论,基于实际的军事维和经验,试图建构一个“四层三维一体式”国际维和部队人员交际能力模型,为我军维和部队人员的选拔与培训,乃至军官职业化的国际视野提供参考及理论支撑。Cross-cultural communication competence is a vital communication skill for UN peacekeeping personnel in mission communication and daily communication in peacekeeping mission areas.It includes foreign language proficiency and regional knowledge related to the mission areas.This article relies on the capability topology model and the cross-cultural communication competence theory,and based on the authors’practical military peacekeeping experience,attempts to construct a“four layer&three-dimensional integrated”international peacekeeping personnel communication competence model,providing reference and theoretical support for the selection and training of military peacekeeping personnel,as well as widening professional officers’international perspectives for China.
