摘　　要：汽车工人联合会是美国影响力最大的工会组织之一。自20世纪70年代以来,该工会逐渐走向衰落,工会成员数和集体谈判数量不断下降。但是近年来,该工会组织开始出现一些复苏迹象。在工会运动规模、工会运动形式和公众影响力等方面较之前有所提升,工会获得的正面社会评价也越来越多。该工会组织的复苏是美国社会转变过程中一系列因素共同导致的结果,产生了积极效应,同时也面临一些潜在风险。本文聚焦美国汽车工人联合会复苏现象,分析该工会组织当下发展、复苏的社会文化原因,并对其未来进行展望。The United Auto Workers(UAW)is one of the most influential labor unions in the United States.Since the 1970s,the union has experienced a gradual decline,with decreases in both membership numbers and the frequency of collective bargaining.However,in recent years,it has shown signs of revival.There has been an increase in the scale of union activities,the diversity of union movements,and public influence,along with a rise in positive social evaluations of the union.This revival is the result of a confluence of factors during a period of social transformation in the United States,yielding positive outcomes while also presenting potential risks.This paper focuses on the phenomenon of the UAW’s revival,analyzing current developments and the socio-cultural reasons behind its revival,and offering prospects for its future trajectory.
