摘 要:目的探讨基于压缩感知的单次屏气短轴位电影序列心脏磁共振评估左、右心室容积和射血分数的可靠性。方法回顾性选择2021年2月至6月在金华市中心医院进行心脏磁共振检查,包括单次屏气短轴位电影序列和多次屏气短轴位电影序列的40例患者。记录扫描时间,并对图像质量进行评价。比较两组方案的左、右心室结构和功能参数。采用组内相关系数(ICC)评价两组方案间的参数一致性。结果单次屏气方案平均用时(20.70±3.28)s,少于多次屏气方案平均用时(73.07±16.70)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组方案所采集的短轴位电影序列图像均较好。两组方案的左、右心室容积和射血分数比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组方案中各参数的ICC值均>0.95,其中左心室舒张末期容积的ICC值最高,右心室射血分数的ICC最低。结论基于心脏磁共振压缩感知的单次屏气短轴位电影序列与多次屏气短轴位电影序列心脏磁共振能满足心功能评价的要求。Objective To explore the reliability of single-breath-hold short axis cine sequence cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)using compressed sensing in assessment of left and right ventricular volume and ejection fraction.Methods A total of 40 patients underwent CMR scan,including single-breath-hold and multiple-breath-hold short axis cine sequences,in Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from February to June 2021 were included retrospectively.The scan time was recorded and the imaging quality was assessed.The left and right ventricular structural and functional parameters between the two protocols were compared.The intra-class correlation coefficient(ICC)was used to evaluate the parameter consistency between the two protocols.Results The average scan time in a single-breath-hold protocol was(20.70±3.28)s,significantly shorter than(73.07±16.70)s in a multi-breath-hold protocol(P<0.05).The short axis cine images were good in both protocols.There was no significant difference of left and right ventricular volume and ejection fraction between the two protocols(all P>0.05).The ICC values of each parameter in both protocols were greater than 0.95,with LVEDV having the highest ICC value and RVEF having the lowest ICC value.Conclusion A single-breath-hold short axis cine sequence CMR using compressed sensing can meet the requirements of cardiac function evaluation.
