摘 要:选择接种源是构建微生物燃料电池(MFCs)的关键步骤,接种源的性质受环境污染的影响很大,既有研究关于接种源差异对MFCs的影响关注有限.本研究系统考察了受污染程度不同的接种源对构建的MFCs处理含铜废水性能的影响,并进行了微生物群落分析.结果表明,CuS-MFC处理含铜废水具有良好的适用性,在4~20 mg/L的Cu^(2+)浓度范围内具有较高的COD和Cu^(2+)去除率.随着水力停留时间(HRT)延长,各组MFC处理含铜废水的各个性能均提高;但进水Cu^(2+)浓度对MFC性能的影响无明显规律;外电阻增大时,Cu^(2+)去除率先下降后上升,而COD去除率则逐渐降低.各组MFC的最佳运行参数为HRT 6 h、Cu^(2+)浓度12 mg/L、外电阻500Ω. unclassified_f_Enterobacteriaceae在所有MFCs中都占有较高丰度;不同污染程度的接种源会影响MFC富集的阳极微生物群落组成,进而导致MFC性能的差异.接种源微生物群落对Cu^(2+)的耐受性是MFC处理含铜废水性能的重要影响因素,在构建MFC时,应有针对性地选用接种源以有效提高其性能.Selection of inoculum sources is a critical step in the construction of microbial fuel cells(MFCs),and the nature of the inoculum source is greatly influenced by environmental contamination,yet existing studies have paid limited attention to the effects of differences in inoculation sources on MFCs.In this study,we systematically investigated the effects of inoculum sources with different degrees of contamination on the performance of the corresponding constructed MFCs for the treatment of copper-containing wastewater and analyzed the microbial communities.The results showed that CuS-MFC has good applicability for treating copper-containing wastewater with high COD and Cu^(2+)removal in the range of Cu^(2+)concentration from 4 to 20 mg/L.With the extension of hydraulic retention time(HRT),the performance of each group of MFC for treating copper-containing wastewater increased;however,there was no obvious pattern in the influence of influent Cu^(2+)concentration on the performance of the MFC when the external resistance increased,the Cu^(2+)removal firstly declined and then increased,while the COD removal rate gradually decreased.The optimal operating parameters for each group of MFCs were HRT 6h,Cu^(2+)concentration 12 mg/L,and 500Ωexternal resistance.Unclassified_f_Enterobacteriaceae were present in high abundance in all MFCs;inoculum sources with different levels of contamination affect the composition of the anodic microbial community enriched by MFCs,which in turn leads to differences in MFC performance.Inoculum source microbial community tolerance to Cu^(2+)is an important influence factor on the performance of MFC in treating copper-containing wastewater,and when constructing MFC,inoculum sources should be selected in a targeted manner to effectively improve its performance.
