摘 要:为了开发一种具有持久降温效果的被动降温纺织品,本研究通过材料选择和纤维表面结构处理来增强其对太阳光谱的反射能力.采用熔融共混工艺将聚酰胺6(PA6)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片混合,制备出适合织造的全牵伸纤维;再通过碱处理工艺,在纤维表面形成亚微米级孔隙或沟槽结构.考察了PA6/PET共混纤维的结构形貌、力学性能、太阳光反射率提升效果及实际降温性能,实验结果显示,经过3 h碱处理后的织物,太阳光反射率提高超过10%,在室外晴朗条件下,降温可达3℃.熔融共混和碱处理技术在制备降温纺织品中具有高效性和低成本的优势,具备规模化生产和广泛应用的潜力.In order to develop a type of passive cooling textile with long-lasting cooling effect,this study was conducted to enhance its reflective ability to the solar spectrum by optimizing material selection and fiber surface structure.Polyamide 6(PA6)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips were blended using a melt blending process to prepare fully drafted fibers suitable for weaving.Subsequently,a sub-micron pore or groove structure was formed on the fiber surface by an alkali treatment process.The study focused on the structural morphology,mechanical properties,solar reflectance enhancement effect and actual cooling performance of the PA6/PET blend fibers.The experimental results showed that the fabrics after 3 hours of alkali treatment showed more than 10%improvement in solar reflectance and up to 3℃ cooling effect in sunny outdoor conditions.This study demonstrates that the melt blending and alkali treatment technologies have the advantages of high efficiency and low cost in the preparation of cooling textiles,and have the potential for large-scale production and wide application.
