摘　　要：目的:比较奥美拉唑静脉滴注和肠溶胶囊两种制剂在预防眼科围手术期应激性溃疡发生的效果差异。方法:选取2021年8月1日至2023年7月31日于温州医科大学附属眼视光医院眼鼻相关专科行3-4级眼科手术围手术期使用甲泼尼龙住院患者200例,静脉组和口服组各100例,静脉组给予注射用奥美拉唑钠,口服组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊。临床药师查房时询问并记录两组患者在使用甲泼尼龙500mg第一天直至出院期间是否存在腹痛、腹胀、嗳气和反酸的情况及严重程度。结果:奥美拉唑口服组预防眼科围手术期应激性溃疡疗效等级优于静脉组(P<0.05),口服组在腹胀上疗效更优(P<0.05)。结论:非危重患者行眼科复杂手术时,可选用奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊替代静脉滴注制剂预防围手术期的应激性溃疡。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of two formulations of omeprazole(intravenous infusion and enteric-coated capsules)on the prevention of stress ulcers during ophthalmic perioperative period.Methods:From August 1,2021 to July 31,2023,200 hospitalized patients who received methylprednisolone during grade 3-4 ophthalmic surgery were enrolled,with 100 in the intravenous group and 100 in the oral group.The intravenous group received injection of omeprazole sodium,while the oral group received omeprazole enteric coated capsules.Clinical pharmacists inquired and recorded whether patients of both groups had abdominal pain,bloating,belching,or acid reflux,as well as their severity.Results:The oral group is superior to the intravenous group(P<0.05)in the prevention of stress ulcers during ophthalmic perioperative period,and the oral group has better efficacy in abdominal distension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules can be alternative to the intravenous drip to prevent stress ulcers for non-critically ill patients after complex ophthalmic surgery.
