摘 要:针对稠油O/W型乳状液难以破乳的问题,本文采用响应面方法对微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间和离子液体浓度等参数进行优化,在此基础上,进一步确定搅拌速率、搅拌时间、破乳温度的最佳参数。实验结果表明,微波和离子液体协同作用可以显著提高稠油乳状液的破乳效果,当微波辐射功率为400 W、微波辐射时间为40 s、离子液体[C_(16)MIM]Br浓度为1.337 mmol/L、搅拌速率为1200 r/min、搅拌时间为5 min、破乳温度为75℃时,稠油O/W型乳状液破乳效率达到最高值99.10%。该研究为微波-离子液体破乳技术在现场的应用提供了理论支撑。In response to the challenge of emulsion destabilization in heavy oil O/W emulsions,this study employs a response surface methodology to optimize parameters such as microwave radiation power,microwave radiation time,and ionic liquid concentration.Building upon this optimization,the optimal parameters for stirring rate,stirring time,and demulsification temperature were further determined.Experimental results indicated that the synergistic effect of microwave and ionic liquid significantly enhanced the demulsification efficiency of heavy oil emulsions.When the microwave radiation power of 400 W,microwave radiation time of 40 s,ionic liquid[C_(16)MIM]Br concentration of 1.337 mmol/L,stirring rate of 1200 r/min,stirring time of 5 min,and demulsification temperature of 75℃,the demulsification efficiency of the heavy oil O/W emulsion reaches the maximum value of 99.10%.This research provided theoretical support for the on-site application of microwave-ionic liquid demulsification technology.
