摘 要:本文自主研发一种新型的同步硝化反硝化一体式反应器,该反应器通过气体导流的方式,将好氧反应器划分为高溶解氧区和低溶解氧区,可同时满足好氧硝化和缺氧反硝化条件。该反应器具有泥水自循环功能,通过自循环将高、低2个不同溶解氧区的污泥进行充分混匀和搅拌。研究发现,该一体式反应器的自循环水量与曝气强度、上升流管垂直高度呈正相关;在不同的进水工艺(间歇进水和连续进水)条件下,和未导流气体的对照相比,通过气体导流方式可有效提高反应器的总氮去除率;和间歇进水工艺相比,该一体式反应器更适合连续进水工艺,在连续进水条件下总氮去除率稳定达到90%以上,基本实现了同步硝化反硝化脱氮。该研究成果具有一定理论研究和推广应用价值。In this paper,we independently develop a new type of synchronous nitrification and denitrification integrated reactor.The reactor divides the aerobic reactor into high dissolved oxygen zone and low dissolved oxygen zone by means of gas diversion,which can meet the aerobic nitrification and hypoxia denitrification conditions.The reactor has the function of mud-water self-circulation,and the sludge in two different dissolved oxygen zones is fully mixed and stirred by self-circulation.It is found that the self-circulating water quantity of the integrated reactor is positively correlated with the aeration strength and the vertical height of upwelling pipe.Under different water inlet processes(intermittent water and continuous water inlet),compared with the control of gas diversion gas,the integrated reactor is more suitable for continuous water inlet process,and the total nitrogen removal rate is stable to 90%,basically realizing synchronous nitrification and denitrification nitrogen removal.The research results have certain theoretical research and popularization and application value.
