摘 要:为强化A^(2)O-MBR工艺脱氮除磷效果,对国家管网集团某场站点生活污水进行实验研究,进行工艺工况调整和条件优化。分析碳氮比、回流比、水力停留时间对出水水质的影响。实验结果表明,在碳氮比为6~7,膜池直接回流到缺氧池条件下,改良型A^(2)O-MBR工艺的最终COD出水为13.54 mg/L,TN和TP的平均去除率达到了80.26%和80.13%,出水水质完全满足地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838—2002)地表准Ⅳ类水的要求。实验表明,该工艺在脱氮除磷方面有显著效果,在降解污染和整体达标排放方面发挥着重要的作用,且能为厂站小型生活污水处理站提标改造的技术参数选择提供参考。For strengthening the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of A^(2)O-MBR process,experimental research was carried out on the domestic wastewater of a field site of the National Pipe Network Group,and the adjustment of process conditions and optimization of conditions were carried out.Analysis of carbon and nitrogen ratio,reflux ratio,hydraulic retention time and the addition of phosphorus remover on the effluent water quality.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of carbon and nitrogen ratio of 6~7 and direct reflux from the membrane tank to the anoxic tank,the average quality concentration of final COD effluent from the modified A^(2)O-MBR process was 13.54 mg/L,the average removal rate of TN and TP reached 80.26%and 80.13%,and the quality of effluent water fully satisfied the environmental quality standards for surface water(GB).The quality of the effluent water fully meets the requirements of surface water quality standards(GB 3838-2002)for surface IV water.The experiment shows that the process has significant effect in denitrification and phosphorus removal,and plays an important role in degrading the pollution and overall discharge,and can provide reference for the selection of technical parameters for the upgrading of station small-scale domestic wastewater treatment station.
