摘 要:探索不同碳源类型条件厌氧+好氧移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)内印染废水处理效率、胞外聚合物(EPS)组成及微生物代谢功能差异,揭示丙酸钠、蔗糖和淀粉三种碳源类型对印染废水生物处理中微生物代谢的影响机理。结果表明,丙酸钠碳源通过改变了微生物群落组成及代谢功能,增加了EPS的含量,提高了COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和色度的处理效果,分别可达50.5%、61.1%和16.4%;厌氧单元中溶解性EPS(SL-EPS)含量显著高于其他层的含量,而好氧单元中紧密型EPS(TB-EPS)含量最高;丙酸钠条件微生物的群落组成与其他碳源明显不同,且该条件提高了微生物对氯苯、氟苯甲酸盐、甲苯、硝基甲苯、乙苯、丙酸和乙酸等降解代谢功能的丰度。The treatment efficiency,extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)composition,and microbial metabolic function under different carbon source conditions for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment in anaerobic+aerobic moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)were explored.The influence mechanism of sodium propionate,sucrose,and starch carbon source types on microbial metabolism in the biological treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater were revealed.The results showed that the sodium propionate carbon source increased the content of EPS by changing the composition and metabolic function of microbial communities,improved the treatment efficiency of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and chromaticity.The removal efficiency were reached 50.5%,61.1%,and 16.4%,respectively.The content of soluble EPS(SL-EPS)in anaerobic units was significantly higher than that in other layers,while the content of tight EPS(TB-EPS)was highest in aerobic units.The community composition of microorganisms under sodium propionate conditions was significantly different from other carbon sources.This condition increased the abundance of microbial degradation metabolic functions such as chlorobenzene,fluorobenzoate,toluene,nitrotoluene,ethylbenzene,propionic acid,and acetic acid.
