摘 要:基于高含硫气田高盐采出水深度处理站现场装置,介绍了资源化处理工艺“反渗透膜浓缩”+“机械蒸汽再压缩”(RO+MVR)工程实例设计,评价了RO+MVR工程实例效果。结果显示,出水水中氯离子平均含量18.2 mg/L,平均去除率99.77%;COD和氨氮平均含量分别为18.6 mg/L和0.50 mg/L,平均去除率分别为75.23%和75.49%;总硬度、浊度和石油类去除率分别达到99.91%、71.85%和98.52%;出水水质达到《GB/T 50050-2017工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》要求。RO-MVR既可以高效去除氯离子,还能去除COD和氨氮,能够实现高含硫气田高盐采出水低成本高效资源化处理。The design of the resource recovery treatment process is introduced,which is"reverse osmosis membrane concentration"+"mechanical steam recompression"(RO+MVR).The effect of the RO+MVR project example was evaluated,for the on-site device of the high salt-produced water advanced treatment station in a high sulfur gas field.The results showed that the average content of chloride ion in the effluent water is 18.2 mg/L,and the average removal rate is 99.77%;the average contents of COD and ammonia are 18.6 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L,corresponding removal rates are 75.23%and 75.49%,respectively.The removal rates of total hardness,turbidity and petroleum are 99.91%,71.85%and 98.52%,respectively.The quality of effluent water meets the requirements of"Code for design of industrial recirculating cooling water treatment"(GB/T 50050-2017).The ROMVR can effectively remove both chloride ions and COD and ammonia nitrogen,enabling low-cost and efficient resource treatment of high saltproduced water from high-sulfur gas fields.
