摘  要:随着“面向作战人员的可扩展太空体系(PWSA)”进入部署阶段,美国将加速推动近地轨道卫星系统的发展,以确保在大国竞争中的绝对优势地位。跟踪研究了PWSA的发展背景、体系架构组成和部署现状等,分析了PWSA的发展特点。分析表明,美国将加速发展分布式、可扩展的近地轨道卫星星座,重点提升系统弹性,注重发展印太地区的覆盖能力,2030年前将实现全球导弹预警和跟踪能力。近地轨道卫星星座将提供低延时、高质量的跟踪数据,极大提升反导系统的作战能力和生存能力。As the"Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture(PWSA)"enters the deployment stage,the United States will accelerate the development of low-Earth orbit satellite systems to ensure the absolute dominance in Great Power Competition.The development background,architecture composition and deployment status of PWSA are tracked and studied,and development characteristics of PWSA are predicted and analyzed.The analysis shows that the United States will accelerate the development of distributed and proliferated low-Earth orbit satellite constellation,and achieve global missile early warning and tracking capabilities by 2030,focusing on improving system resilience and coverage capabilities in the Indo-Pacific region.The low-Earth orbit satellite constellation will provide low-latency,high-quality tracking data,greatly improving the combat capability and survivability of the missile defense system.
