摘 要:高超声速导弹红外精确制导技术在全球军事大国中已快速发展。针对红外导引头在全程高超声速导弹中应用面临的气动光学效应问题,分析了气动光学效应形成的过程及原因,研究了气动力热环境适应、热辐射抑制和气动光学传输效应抑制方法。分析表明,通过窗口制冷系统综合设计、共形窗口成像系统一体化设计、捷联式稳像制导技术、窗口材料优选等技术应用,可实现气动光学成像质量优化;通过高超声速条件气动光学效应测试技术,可实现对仿真设计结果的有效验证;通过红外成像系统热辐射抑制和红外图像实时复原校正技术,可进一步消解热辐射和气动光学传输效应影响,提升探测信噪比和探测识别精度。The infrared precision guidance technology for hypersonic missiles has been developed rapidly among global military powers.Aiming at the aero-optical effects faced by infrared seekers in hypersonic missiles,the formation process and causes of aero-optical effects were analyzed,and methods for adapting to aerodynamic thermal environments,suppressing thermal radiation,and suppressing aero-optical transmission effects were studied.Analysis shows that through the comprehensive design of window cooling system,integrated design of conformal window and imaging system,strapdown image stabilization guidance technology,and window material optimization,the optimization of aero-optical imaging quality can be achieved.And effective verification of simulation design results can be achieved through testing techniques for aero-optical effects under hypersonic conditions.By using thermal radiation suppression technology of infrared imaging systems and real-time restoration and correction technology of infrared images,the effects of thermal radiation and aero-optical transmission can be further eliminated,the detection signal-to-noise ratio and detection recognition accuracy can be improved.
