摘 要:对滚珠丝杠副端面反向器碰撞进行研究,利用赫兹接触理论建立滚珠与反向器的碰撞方程、速度损失方程,分析滚珠半径与反向器滚道半径对碰撞的影响。通过MATLAB软件计算滚珠半径、滚道半径、碰撞滚珠数量、滚珠速度损失间的关系,并通过遗传算法寻优,减小碰撞对滚珠运动的影响。研究结果表明,在给定的数据范围之内,滚珠半径为1.45 mm,半径比例因数为1.4,即反向器滚道半径为2.03 mm时,滚珠与反向器碰撞对滚珠运动影响最小,滚珠丝杠副运行状态最佳。The research on the collision of face reverser of ball screw pair was carried out.The collision equation and velocity loss equation of the ball and reverser were established by using the Hertz contact theory,and the influence of the ball radius and raceway radius of reverser on the collision was analyzed.The MATLAB software was used to calculate the relationship between ball radius,raceway radius,numbers of collision balls and ball speed loss,and the genetic algorithm was employed to optimize and reduce the influence of collision on ball movement.The research result shows that within the given data range,when the ball radius is 1.45 mm,the radius scaling factor is 1.4,that is the raceway radius of reverser is 2.03 mm,the influence of the collision between the ball and reverser on ball movement is the minimum,and the ball screw pair is on the best operation state.
