摘 要:为明确黄淮稻区水稻品种的稻瘟病抗性及其基因型,本研究利用稻梨孢菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav.)对黄淮稻区的500份水稻材料进行了稻瘟病抗性的人工接种鉴定,并根据鉴定结果筛选出33份极抗材料和32份极感材料进行Pib和Pi5的分子标记基因型检测。结果表明,500份水稻材料中有39.4%的材料为中抗材料,38.4%的材料为中感材料,19.4%为感病材料,1.8%为抗性材料。抗性基因Pib在极抗、极感材料中的分布频率分别为69.7%和65.6%,抗性基因Pi5在极抗、极感材料中的频率分别为42.4%和31.3%,Pib和Pi5双抗基因在极抗和极感材料中的频率分别为33.3%和12.5%。该结果显示,黄淮稻区参试品种的稻瘟病抗性有进一步提高的空间,选择Pib和Pi5双抗性的材料对稻瘟病抗性水平的提高有重要作用。To identify the rice blast resistance and the genotype of rice varieties in Huang-Huai Region, the rice blast resistance of 500 rice varieties was identified through artificial injection using Pyricularia oryzae Cav. The genotypes of 33 resistance cultivars and 32 susceptible cultivars were analyzed with the functional markers of Pib and Pi5. The results showed that 39.4% of the tested varieties were moderate resistant to rice blast, 38.4% showed moderate susceptibility, 19.4% were susceptible, and 1.8% showed resistance to blast. 69.7% and 65.6% of the selected resistance cultivars and susceptible cultivars carry Pib, respectively. The frequencies of Pi5 were 42.4%and 31.3% in the selected resistance and susceptible cultivars. There were 33.3% and 12.5% of the tested varieties carrying Pib and Pi5 in the selected resistance and susceptible cultivars. The results of this study showed the resistance to rice blast of the tested rice varieties in Huang-Huai Region need to further improved, and choosing rice varieties which carrying both Pib and Pi5 played an important role in improving the rice blast resistant.
