摘  要:为了解贵州省不同地区水稻纹枯病菌致病力分化情况及筛选可用于抗纹枯病品种选育的水稻资源,本研究采用人工接种方法,以‘遵优三号’为感病对照,对分离自贵州省9个地区的131个纹枯菌菌株进行了致病性测定,并对178份水稻资源材料的抗纹枯病性鉴定评价。结果表明:贵州省水稻纹枯病菌强、较强及极强致病力菌株占比分别为48.85%、21.14%和9.92%,强致病力菌株为优势菌群。地区间菌株群体其致病力存在一定差异,安顺、黔西南、铜仁、遵义4个地区的菌株致病力稍强于其他地区。178份水稻资源材料的纹枯病抗性鉴定表明,不同材料间抗性存在差异,其中10份表现抗病,71份为中抗,54份中感,37份感病,6份高感。本研究对来自贵州省不同地区的纹枯病菌进行致病力测定,并对收集的水稻种质资源进行抗纹枯病性鉴定评价,旨在为生产上水稻纹枯病绿色防控及抗病种质创制和抗病品种选育提供依据。In order to understand the differentiation of pathogenicity of isolates of Rhizoctonia solani from different regions of Guizhou Province and to screen the rice materials that can be used in the breeding of resistant rice sheath blight varieties, the pathogenicity of 131 isolates of Rhizoctonia solani are from 9 regions of Guizhou Province and the 178 rice resources materials to sheath blight were evaluated by artificial inoculation with 'Zunyou 3'as the susceptible control. The results showed that: the pathogenicity of isolates of Rhizoctonia solani in Guizhou proportion of strong isolates and relatively strong isolates and extremely strong isolates are 48.85%, 21.14% and9.92%, isolates with strong pathogenicity are the advantage bacterium group. The pathogenicity of isolates was different among different regions, pathogenicity of isolates from Anshun, Southwest Guizhou Province, Tongren and Zunyi was slightly stronger than that from other regions. The identification of sheath blight resistance of 178 rice resources showed that there were differences in resistance among different materials, among which 10 were resistant, 71 were moderately resistant, 54 were moderately susceptible, 37 were susceptible and 6 were highly susceptible. In this study, the pathogenicity of Rhizoctonia solani isolates from different regions of Guizhou Province was determined, and the resistance to sheath blight was identified and evaluated on the collected rice germplasm resources. The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for the green prevention and control of sheath blight in rice production, the creation of resistant germplasm and the breeding of resistant varieties.
