摘 要:本研究探讨了黄芪提取物刺芒柄花素联合间歇运动对心肌梗死(MI)大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用及其机制。通过心肌梗死模型和间歇运动干预,评估心功能、血清心肌损伤标志物、心肌组织病理变化以及细胞凋亡和炎症反应的相关基因和蛋白表达。结果显示,与对照组相比,刺芒柄花素联合间歇运动显著改善心肌梗死大鼠的心功能,降低血清NT-proBNP、CK-MB和cTnI水平,减轻心肌病理损伤,抑制心肌细胞凋亡和炎症反应。此外,联合干预显著上调了心肌中JAK2和STAT3的磷酸化水平,激活了JAK2/STAT3信号通路。研究结果表明,刺芒柄花素联合间歇运动通过调节JAK2/STAT3信号通路,减轻心肌细胞凋亡和炎症反应,从而显著改善心肌梗死大鼠的心肌损伤,具有潜在的临床应用价值。This study explores the protective effects and mechanisms of Astragalus extract, Formononetin, combined with intermittent exercise on myocardial infarction(MI)-induced myocardial injury in rats. By establishing a myocardial infarction model and applying intermittent exercise intervention, we assessed cardiac function, serum myocardial injury markers, myocardial histopathological changes, as well as the expression of apoptosis and inflammation-related genes and proteins. The results showed that compared to the control group, the combination of Formononetin and intermittent exercise significantly improved cardiac function in MI rats, reduced serum levels of NT-proBNP, CK-MB, and cTnI, alleviated myocardial pathological damage, and inhibited myocardial cell apoptosis and inflammation. Additionally, the combined intervention significantly upregulated the phosphorylation levels of JAK2 and STAT3 in the myocardium, activating the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway. These findings suggest that formononetin combined with intermittent exercise alleviates myocardial cell apoptosis and inflammation by modulating the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway, thereby significantly improving myocardial injury in MI rats and presenting potential clinical application value.
