摘  要:本研究探讨了银杏源性三粒小麦黄酮(tricetin, TCT)对一次性力竭游泳(OTES)大鼠心肌氧化应激和炎症反应的影响。通过对大鼠进行一次性力竭游泳实验,检测其心肌损伤及抗氧化和抗炎反应。结果显示,与对照组相比,OTES组大鼠血清中NT-proBNP、CK-MB和cTnI水平显著升高,心肌组织中MDA水平升高,而SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平降低,心肌病理学改变显著。TCT处理组显著降低了这些氧化应激和心肌损伤标志物水平,升高了抗氧化酶活性,减轻了心肌细胞凋亡。此外,TCT还显著降低了心肌中COX-2、iNOS、IL-1β和IL-6的mRNA水平,抑制了NF-κB的激活。综上所述,三粒小麦黄酮通过激活Nrf2介导的抗氧化系统和抑制NF-κB介导的炎症反应,显著减轻了一次性力竭游泳大鼠的心肌损伤,具有潜在的防治运动性心肌损伤的应用价值。Li Bo;Lü Pengfei;Hebi Polytechnic;School of Physical Education, Sias University;This study investigates the effects of ginkgo-derived tricetin(TCT) on myocardial oxidative stress and inflammatory response in one-time exhaustion swimming(OTES) rats. The myocardial damage, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory responses were assessed in the rats following the exhaustive swimming experiment. The results showed that, compared to the control group, the OTES group exhibited significantly higher levels of NT-proBNP,CK-MB, and cTnI in serum, elevated MDA levels in myocardial tissue, and decreased levels of SOD, GSH, and GSH-Px, along with significant pathological changes in the myocardium. The TCT treatment group significantly reduced these oxidative stress and myocardial injury markers, increased antioxidant enzyme activity, and reduced myocardial cell apoptosis. Furthermore, TCT significantly decreased the m RNA levels of COX-2, iNOS, IL-1β,and IL-6 in myocardial tissue, inhibiting NF-κB activation. In conclusion, tricetin significantly alleviated myocardial injury in rats subjected to exhaustive swimming by activating the Nrf2-mediated antioxidant system and inhibiting the NF-κB-mediated inflammatory response, highlighting its potential application in the prevention and treatment of exercise-induced myocardial injury.
