摘　　要：在全球化的农业市场中,种业公司扮演着至关重要的角色,需求巨大的资本投入促使其频繁利用对外担保与融资担保作为资金筹集手段。本研究旨在探讨对外担保与融资担保如何影响上市种业公司的盈利能力,以隆平高科为案例,深入分析担保活动对盈利能力的具体影响及其潜在风险。研究对隆平高科2018至2022年的财务数据和担保记录进行了分析,通过比较担保总额变动与净利润率之间的关系,评估担保行为的经济后果。结果显示,隆平高科的对外担保与融资担保行为与公司盈利能力呈现显著的负相关关系。担保活动虽在短期内有助于融资成本的降低和市场份额的扩张,但长期则可能增加财务风险,影响公司的财务稳定。本研究揭示了对外担保与融资担保在种业公司中的双刃剑效应,对种业公司的财务策略和风险管理提出了实际的建议,为相关政策制定和企业实践提供了理论依据。In the globalized agricultural market, seed companies play a crucial role, and the substantial capital requirements compel them to frequently utilize external guarantees and financing guarantees as means of fundraising.This study aims to explore how external and financing guarantees affect the profitability of listed seed companies,with Longping High-Tech as the case study, delving into the specific impacts of guarantee activities on profitability and their potential risks. The study conducted an analysis of Longping High-Tech's financial data and guarantee records from 2018 to 2022. By comparing the changes in total guarantee amount with the net profit margin, it assessed the economic consequences of guarantee behavior. The results show a significant negative correlation between the company's external and financing guarantee activities and its profitability. Although guarantee activities can help reduce financing costs and expand market share in the short term, they may increase financial risks and affect the company's financial stability in the long term. This study reveals the double-edged sword effect of external and financing guarantees in seed companies, offers practical suggestions for financial strategies and risk management, and provides a theoretical basis for policy formulation and corporate practice.
