摘　　要：本研究旨在探索职业生涯规划在种业科研人员绩效提升中的作用。通过对相关文献的系统回顾,本研究初步构建了职业生涯规划与科研绩效关系的理论框架,并详细分析了种业科研人员在职业生涯中遇到的特定挑战,包括资金限制和技术更新速度等问题。研究表明,系统的职业生涯规划能有效提升科研人员在研究方向和目标设定的清晰度,促进技能与知识的持续更新,增强创新能力,以及在申请科研项目和资金方面的成功率。职业生涯规划还对建立科研合作网络和伙伴关系具有重要影响。通过对具体案例的分析,本研究进一步验证了职业生涯规划与科研绩效之间的正相关性。基于这些发现,本研究提出了针对高等教育机构和研究机构的具体职业规划实践和政策建议,同时指出了当前研究的局限性和未来的研究方向。本研究强调了职业生涯规划对于提升种业科研人员绩效的重要性,为相关政策制定和职业发展策略提供了科学依据。This study aims to explore the role of career planning in enhancing the performance of seed industry researchers. Through a systematic review of related literature, this study preliminarily constructs a theoretical framework for the relationship between career planning and research performance. It also analyzes in detail the specific challenges faced by seed industry researchers in their careers, including issues such as funding constraints and the pace of technological updates. The study shows that systematic career planning can effectively enhance researchers' clarity in research direction and goal setting, promote continuous skill and knowledge updating, enhance innovation capabilities, and improve the success rate in applying for research projects and funding. Career planning also has a significant impact on establishing research cooperation networks and partnerships. Through the analysis of specific cases, this study further verifies the positive correlation between career planning and research performance.Based on these findings, this study proposes specific career planning practices and policy recommendations for higher education institutions and research institutions, while also pointing out the current limitations of the research and future directions. This study emphasizes the importance of career planning in enhancing the performance of seed industry researchers and provides a scientific basis for related policy making and career development strategies.
