摘　　要：文章从新质生产力赋能图书馆创新和高质量发展切入,提出了若干路线图的思路,包括赋能馆藏文献长期保存、书库典藏流通、文献修复研究、普惠算力供给、物理网络社会三大品质新空间、主题展览、优质文化资源跨越时空直达基层、形成即时与长尾服务效应、经典阅读推广、各类读者群服务的品质提升、城市图书馆智慧高效治理新体系、图书馆绿色化发展、阅读推广进旅游专列、图书馆设备更新提升服务品质、图书馆人才资源建设、极宏观极微观极端条件极综合的工作与研究、图书馆高水平对外开放等。The article approaches the empowerment of libraries through new quality productive forces,focusing on innovation and high-quality development.It proposes several roadmap ideas,including enabling the long-term preservation of library collections,circulation of books,research on document restoration,equitable computing power supply,three new quality spaces in physical network society,thematic exhibitions,direct access to high-quality cultural resources across time and space for grassroots levels,creating immediate and long-tail service effects,promoting classic reading,enhancing service quality for various reader groups,establishing a new system for smart and efficient governance in urban libraries,promoting green development in libraries,integrating reading promotion into tourism trains,upgrading library equipment to enhance service quality,building talent resources in libraries,conducting work and research under extremely macro,micro,and extreme conditions,and promoting high-level openness of libraries.
