摘　　要：在新的历史起点上,完善我国基层公共文化服务建设,缩小城乡公共文化服务差距,对于推动公共文化服务高质量发展具有重要意义。文章分析了我国基层公共文化服务建设现状,总结基层公共文化服务建设的关键要素,系统阐述“文化管家”模式,在此基础上提出我国基层公共文化服务优化策略,以期推动公共文化服务体系向更广的空间发展,助推我国公共文化服务体系建设。At a new historical starting point,improving the construction of grassroots public cultural services in China and narrowing the urban-rural gap in public cultural services is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services.The article analyzes the current status of grassroots public cultural service construction in China,summarizes the key elements of grassroots public cultural service construction,and systematically elaborates on the"cultural steward"model.Based on this,it proposes optimization strategies for China's grassroots public cultural services,aiming to promote the development of the public cultural service system to a broader space and contribute to the construction of China's public cultural service system.
