摘　　要：人口老龄化背景下,公共图书馆应将老龄化理念融入老年读者服务工作,积极呼应社会需求。文章以宁夏地区公共图书馆老年读者服务情况为例,分析公共图书馆在老年读者服务方面存在的共性问题,并提出公共图书馆应着眼于老年读者精神文化需求,通过改变服务理念、完善设施设备、打造服务品牌、倡导老有所为等一系列策略提升老年读者服务效能。In the context of an aging population,public libraries should integrate aging concepts into their services for the elderly,actively responding to social needs.This article takes the elderly services of public libraries in the Ningxia region as an example to analyze some common issues faced by public libraries in China regarding elderly services.It suggests that public libraries should focus on the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly by implementing a series of strategies,including changing service concepts,improving facilities and equipment,creating service brands,and advocating for active engagement of the elderly,in order to enhance the effectiveness of elderly services.
