摘 要:通过分析平板太阳能集热器各部件之间的能量平衡关系,结合盖板壁面的凝结条件,建立平板集热器传热传质模型并进行验证,计算盖板内外壁面的凝结时间和凝结量,探究不同气候类型和部件参数对盖板壁面凝结特性的影响。结果表明:不同气候类型盖板壁面凝结特性差异显著,全年最大和最小壁面凝结量相差82.03%、凝结时间相差87.21%,单日最大凝结耗热量占次日有效集热量的5.69%,盖板发射率、集热器倾角、吸热板发射率对于盖板壁面的凝结影响程度依次减小。研究结果可为抑制平板太阳能集热器盖板壁面凝结提供理论支撑。This paper has analyzed the energy balance relationship between the components of flat solar collector and considering the condensation conditions of the cover wall,the heat transfer model of flat solar collector is established and validated.This paper has computed the condensation duration and quantity for both the inner and outer wall of the cover plate,and investigated the influence of various climate types and component parameters on the condensation characteristics of the cover plate wall.The results show that there are disparities in condensation characteristics of cover plate wall in different climate types.The annual difference between the maximum and minimum wall condensation amount is 82.03%and condensation hours is 87.21%.The peak condensation heat consumption in a single day amounts to 5.69%of the effective heat collection on the subsequent day.The influence degree of cover plate emissivity,collector inclination angle and heat absorption plate emissivity on cover plate wall condensation diminishes sequentially.These research results can provide theoretical support for inhibiting the condensation of the wall of the flat plate solar collector cover.
