摘 要:随着输电塔服役年限增加,老旧铁塔升级改造需求日益旺盛,现有加固研究均是将钢材作为加固材料,存在加固材自重大、野外运输吊装困难等问题。针对这些问题,提出一种基于GFRP无损双侧加固输电塔主材的加固方案,建立主材加固组合构件精细化有限元模型,验证有限元模型的准确性,分析角钢长细比、螺栓间距对加固构件破坏模式和承载力的影响规律。研究结果表明,此方案能有效提高构件稳定承载力,且随着构件长细比增大,加固效果越明显;随着螺栓间距增大,加固构件稳定承载力缓慢减小,当螺栓间距为53i时,承载力大幅度减小。With the increased length of the service life of transmission towers,there is a strong demand for upgrading the older towers.The existing reinforcement studies all use steel as reinforcement material,which inevitably leads to problems such as the heavy weight of reinforcement materials and difficulties in field transportation and hoisting.Aiming at these problems,a bilateral non-destructive reinforced scheme based on GFRP of transmission tower main member is proposed,a refined finite element model(FEM)of the main material reinforcement composite component is established,and the accuracy of the FEM is verified.The influence law of the angle steel slenderness ratio and bolt spacing on the failure mode and bearing capacity of the reinforced component is analyzed.The research shows that,this scheme can effectively improve the stable bearing capacity of the component,and with the increase of the slenderness ratio of the component,the reinforcement effect of the component increases gradually.With the increase of bolt spacing,the stable bearing capacity of the reinforced component gradually decreases at first and greatly decreases when the bolt spacing is 53i.
