摘　　要：针对装配式混凝土住宅建筑外墙存在的渗漏问题,研究基于渗漏检测仪和微波湿度仪的现场渗漏检测技术。研究结果表明,渗漏检测仪可用于装配式混凝土住宅建筑预制夹心保温剪力墙和预制剪力墙竖缝渗漏的现场定性检测,微波湿度仪可用于装配式混凝土住宅建筑预制夹心保温剪力墙和预制剪力墙底部接缝渗漏的现场定性检测;检测结果可反映渗漏水流动方向及大致聚集范围,有利于采取有效的堵漏措施。Aiming at the leakage problem of the precast concrete residential building exterior wall,the site inspection technology of both leakage detector and microwave hygrometer was explored.The research results show that the leakage detector can be used for the leakage qualitative inspection of both the precast shear wall with sandwich insulation and ordinary precast shear wall vertical joints,and the microwave hygrometer can be used for the leakage qualitative inspection of both the precast shear wall with sandwich insulation and ordinary precast shear wall bottom joints.The inspection results can reflect the flow direction and approximate accumulation range of seepage water,which is conducive to taking effective plugging measures.
