摘 要:大跨度空间钢结构施工时通常经历多次荷载传递路径的转换,跨径的增大放大了荷载传递路径变换、安装误差等因素对结构内力和变形的影响,施工过程对结构性能的影响不可忽略。依托昆山奥体中心足球场工程,对大跨度钢屋盖开展施工期间结构健康监测,实时反映结构在不同工况下的真实受力情况,并进行有限元模拟分析,研究施工过程对空间结构内力分布的影响。通过对实际监测数据与有限元分析结果进行对比,得到大跨度空间钢结构施工应力分布差异,验证结构健康监测的重要性。The construction of large-span spatial steel structures usually experiences multiple load transfer paths.The increase of span magnifies the influence of load transfer path change,installation error and other factors on structural internal force and deformation.The influence of construction process on structural performance cannot be ignored.Based on the football field of Kunshan Olympic Sports Center,the structural health monitoring of large-span steel roof during construction was carried out to reflect the real stress of the structure under different working conditions in real time,and the finite element simulation analysis was carried out to study the influence of construction process on the internal force distribution of space structure.By comparing the actual monitoring data with the finite element analysis results,the difference of construction stress distribution of large-span space steel structures is obtained,which can verify the importance of structural health monitoring.
