摘　　要：蛋鸡脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)作为一种产蛋高峰期和后期频发的蛋鸡营养代谢性疾病,受遗传、营养和环境等多种因素的影响,发病机制复杂且不明。FLHS是商业化笼养蛋鸡死亡的主要影响因素之一,目前仍无有效的治疗药物或手段。本文结合国内外研究进展,对蛋鸡FLHS的发病机制及其相关的并发症、FLHS模型构建常用方法、影响FLHS发生的因素及其营养调控措施进行系统综述,以期为蛋鸡FLHS的合理防治和营养调控提供参考。Fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens,is a nutritional and metabolic disease that frequently occurs in laying hens during the laying peak period and laying late period,which is affected by many factors such as genetics,nutrition and environment and its pathogenesis is complex and remains unknown.FLHS is one of the major causes of death in commercial and caged laying hens and lack of available therapies and drugs.This paper systematically reviewed the pathogenesis and its related complications,common methods of model construction,and influence factors and nutritional regulation measures of FLHS in laying hens based on the research progress at home and abroad,which provide a reference for the rational prevention and treatment and nutritional intervention of FLHS in laying hens.
