摘　　要：丝兰提取物是以丝兰为原料,经过一系列加工工艺提取的乙醚不溶物,它的主要活性成分包含皂苷、多酚类和多糖等,具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节和抗菌等多种生物学功能。在猪和家禽生产中的应用研究表明,丝兰提取物具有促生长、改善肠道健康、提升产品品质以及减少臭气排放等多重作用,这些作用使其具备替代传统抗生素和促进减排的潜力,具有广泛的开发和应用前景。本文就丝兰提取物的主要活性成分、生物学功能及其在猪和家禽生产中的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为丝兰提取物作为饲料添加剂开发利用以及猪和家禽的生态健康养殖提供参考。Yucca schidigera extracts are a group of ether-insoluble compounds derived from Yucca schidigera through a sequence of processing methods.The main active ingredients of Yucca schidigera extract include saponins,polyphenols,polysaccharides,and so on,and they have a variety of biological functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial activities,as well as immune regulation.Studies have shown that Yucca schidigera extract plays a positive role in swine and poultry production,such as growth promotion,improvement of intestinal health,enhancement of product quality,and inhibition of emissions of odorous substances.These characteristics make Yucca schidigera extract possess a good potential for replacement of traditional antibiotics and promotion of emission reductions,and hold broad development and application prospects.This study reviewed the main active ingredients and biological functions of Yucca schidigera extract,as well as its application in swine and poultry production,aiming to provide a reference for the development and utilization of Yucca schidigera extract as feed additives and the ecological and healthy breeding for swine and poultry.
