摘 要:壳寡糖是自然界唯一大量存在的碱性氨基寡糖,具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗菌等生物学功能,可作为动物饲粮中安全有效的饲料添加剂。目前,对壳寡糖的研究主要集中在畜禽的生长性能、抗氧化和免疫功能等方面。近几年研究表明,壳寡糖对肠道损伤也有保护作用,因此受到广泛关注。本文综述了壳寡糖的生物学功能及对肠道黏膜屏障损伤的保护作用,旨在为壳寡糖在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考依据。Chitosan oligosaccharides are the only alkaline amino oligosaccharides that exist in large quantity in nature.Chitosan oligosaccharides have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and other biological functions,and can be used as safe and effective feed additives in animal diets.At present,the research on chitosan oligosaccharides mainly focuses on the growth performance,antioxidant and immune function in livestock and poultry.In recent years,studies have shown that chitosan oligosaccharides also have protective effects on intestinal damage,so they have been widely concerned.This article reviewed the biological functions of chitosan oligosaccharides and their protective effects on intestinal mucosal barrier function,aiming to provide theoretical references for the application of chitosan oligosaccharides in livestock and poultry production.
