摘  要:单宁是一类来源于多种植物的天然多酚类化合物,其结构复杂,可以分为水解单宁和缩合单宁。研究表明,单宁具有抗腹泻、抑菌、抗氧化和抗炎等生物学功能。同时,单宁的功能与其结构、来源和提取方法等密切相关。近年来,植物单宁因有望作为一种天然的替抗添加剂而受到广泛关注,且在动物生产上进行了一定的应用。因此,本文主要综述了植物单宁的提取方法、生物学功能及其在动物营养中的应用,以期为植物单宁替抗添加剂产品的进一步开发、研究和应用提供理论参考。Tannin is a kind of natural polyphenolic compounds derived from a variety of plants.Tannin structure is complex,which can be divided into hydrolysable tannins and condensed tannins.Studies have shown that tannins have biological functions such as anti-diarrhea,antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.At the same time,the function of tannin is closely related to its structure,source and extraction method.In recent years,plant-derived tannins have attracted wide attention since they are expected to be used as a natural alternative to antibiotics,and have been applied in animal production.Therefore,this study mainly reviews the extraction method and biological function of plant tannins and its application in animal nutrition,in order to provide theoretical reference for the further development,research and application of plant tannins as an alternative to antibiotics.
