乳化油对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和血细胞分类计数的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在探讨乳化油对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和血细胞分类计数的影响。选用80头平均体重为(8.43±0.32)kg的25日龄健康“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组(基础饲粮中添加2%的大豆油)和乳化油组(基础饲粮中添加2%的乳化油),每组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。试验期为28 d。结果表明:1)2组之间断奶仔猪的平均日增重、平均日采食和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,乳化油组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿酸含量和碱性磷酸酶活性显著下降(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,乳化油组的血液白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞数量及血红蛋白、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加乳化油对断奶仔猪生长性能没有影响,但可能促进机体蛋白质分解代谢,提高机体的免疫机能。The purpose of this experiment was to explore the effects of emulsified oils on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and blood cell differential counts of weaned piglets.Eighty healthy 25-day-old“Duroc×Landrace×Large”weaned piglets with an initial body weight of(8.43±0.32)kg were selected and randomly allocated into control group(adding 2%soybean oil to basal diet)and emulsified oil group(adding 2%emulsified oil to basal diet).Each group contained 4 replicates,and each replicate contained 10 piglets.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed to gain ratio of weaned piglets between 2 groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the serum total protein,albumin and uric acid contents and alkaline phosphatase activity of emulsified oil group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the blood white blood cells,neutrophils and lymphocytes numbers and hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentrations of emulsified oil group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary emulsified oil has no effect on growth performance of weaner piglets,but it may promote the body protein catabolism and improve the body immune function.
